Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual

(English / French)

Pay from $32 to $36 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

Our people are our greatest asset! As a Bilingual (French) Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll work with Uline customers to resolve account issues and deliver legendary customer support!

Better together! This position is in-office, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.
  2. Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
  3. Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.
  4. Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.

Minimum Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  3. Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
  4. At least one year of collections and call center experience an asset, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!
  5. Experience in reconciling accounts.
