Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and service cycles of bicycles, skis, and snowboards.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure safety and performance.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to customers on maintenance and repairs.
• Deliver a standout customer service experience by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
• Complete all required documentation before returning equipment to customers.
