Your Team

As a Senior Analyst, you will help transform Michelin's Beyond Road business line into a data-driven organization by participating in agile projects that establish a solid foundation for analytical and business intelligence capabilities.

Your Role

You will design and implement innovative solutions, focusing on information source analysis, data security, governance, integration, and transformation within our Azure cloud environment to create high-performing data sets, reports, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs to design suitable solutions following best practices.
• Create new data flows from ERP systems, files, and external sources using the data lake model (bronze, silver, gold).
• Coordinate with developers for fine-tuning and problem-solving.
• Develop and execute testing strategies and scenarios.
• Document and validate training materials, glossaries, reports, and dashboards.
• Continuously improve practices, standards, and documentation, ensuring team adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management for analytics and BI.
• Proficiency in bilingual communication (French and English).
• Knowledge of BI concepts, data modeling, ETL, report design, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Collibra, Dremio, and agile project delivery.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
