About you
You are a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for supporting employee well-being through thoughtful and effective benefits programs. With a strong understanding of benefits administration across the U.S. and Canada, you bring experience managing wellness initiatives, retirement plans (401(k)/RRSP), and vendor relationships. You take pride in delivering exceptional service, whether you're answering benefit-related questions, managing carrier file integrations, or ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You're proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a team that values a holistic approach to employee benefits.
In this role, you will…
Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement savings plans (401(k)/RRSP).
Respond to employee benefit inquiries via email and ticketing systems, and support new hire orientations and open enrollment communications.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to manage plan enrollments, file integrations, and issue resolution for both U.S. and Canada.
Support wellness initiatives and benefit education by creating and delivering communications, campaigns, and presentations.
Analyze benefits data and retirement participation using Excel and contribute to process improvements across benefit operations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, Workday, Leave, Accounting) and support M&A benefit integration activities, including employee transitions and orientation.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in U.S. and Canadian benefits administration, including group insurance and retirement plans.
Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) for data analysis and PowerPoint for benefit communications.
Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday expertise strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly and professionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage sensitive information and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $66,203 - $85,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
