Arbor Memorial in Toronto is seeking an on-site Benefits Administrator to support day-to-day administration of employee benefits and pension programs. You will process enrollments, coordinate materials, and communicate with internal stakeholders and providers, reporting to the Senior Manager, Pension, Benefits and Wellness.
The role requires 3+ years in benefits administration, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This role is an on-site position with a requirement to attend the office five days a week.

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Pension, Benefits and Wellness and following company policies and procedures; supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and pension programs. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, employee communications, benefits maintenance activities, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external benefit providers; and provides administrative support to the Senior Manager, Pension, Benefits and Wellness as well as the Benefit and Pension Team.
