Job summary

Pursuit in Banff is seeking a Concierge/Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with bags, and share information about lodge services and nearby activities.

You will help keep public areas clean and welcoming, while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and navigate stairs. Starting wage is $17.00/hour with Pursuit perks.

Qualifications

• Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred.
• Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary.
• Providing in and out baggage service for tour groups (gratuities calculated per guest).
• Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge.
• Help keep the lobby and other public areas clean and welcoming.
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Acting as Concierge and providing information on facilities, local points of interest and public areas.
• Act as a teamplayer who can complete a variety of job duties.
