To maximize sales of beauty products and services offered by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs
• Maintain a positive attitude towards selling
• Encourage sales of beauty products and participation in the PC Optimum program

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing superior service
• Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions
• Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively
• Book appointments for in-store events

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services
• Attend vendor training and educational sessions
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards

GENERAL:

• Follow health and safety regulations
• Adhere to store policies and loss prevention procedures
• Act professionally at all times
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking
• Proven selling skills in cosmetics

EXPERIENCE:

• Consultative sales experience and a track record of success
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
• Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application techniques

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and bend/stretch to stock shelves
