SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.
• Maintain a positive, 'selling is fun' attitude.
• Promote sales of beauty products and encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize customer needs and provide superior service.
• Use eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
• Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively.
• Book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote company products and services.
• Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling experience.
