SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment; prioritize customer needs; model desired behavior with eClienteling; promote products and in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Exhibit and promote products and services; attend vendor schools and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Comply with health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills; independent thinking.
• Selling skills in Cosmetics.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling experience.
• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.
• Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and bend/stretch to stock shelves.
