SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs. Possess a “selling is fun” attitude. Promote sales of beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers. Always prioritize customer satisfaction, use eClienteling for superior service, promote products and in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Exhibit and promote products/services, attend vendor workshops, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Follow health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention procedures, act professionally, and perform other duties as required.
5. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong planning, judgment, decision-making, independent thinking, and selling skills in cosmetics.
6. EXPERIENCE: Proven consultative and sales experience, knowledge of beauty products, ability to conduct consultations, and strong communication skills.
7. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and bend/stretch for stock handling.

Work Schedule:

This position is for evenings and weekends.
