About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's main goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, providing knowledge and training to help them on their beauty journey. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you with training and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Encourage customer enrollment in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
