Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations
   • Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
   • Maintain a positive attitude towards selling
   • Promote sales of beauty products
   • Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program
2. Customer Service
   • Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers
   • Prioritize customer needs and provide superior service
   • Use eClienteling to enhance customer interactions
   • Promote products and the PC Optimum program
   • Book appointments for in-store events
3. Operations
   • Exhibit and promote company products and services
   • Attend vendor training and workshops
   • Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards
4. General
   • Follow health and safety regulations
   • Adhere to store policies and procedures
   • Implement loss prevention policies
   • Maintain professionalism at all times
   • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking
• Selling skills in cosmetics

Experience:

• Proven consultative and selling skills
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders
• Bend and stretch to stock shelves
