To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment, provide superior customer service, actively use eClienteling, and promote products and in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Promote products and services, attend vendor training, and adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Comply with health, safety, store policies, loss prevention, and act professionally.
5. QUALIFICATIONS: Planning, judgment, decision-making, independent thinking, and selling skills in cosmetics.
6. EXPERIENCE: Proven consultative and sales skills, knowledge of beauty products, ability to conduct consultations, and strong communication skills.
7. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and bend/stretch to stock shelves.
