SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs.

• Possesses a “selling is fun” attitude.

• Promotes sales of beauty products.

• Encourages customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.

• Actively promotes and books appointments for in-Store events.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers.

• Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service.

• Model desired behavior with eClienteling to provide superior customer service.

• Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.

• Attend appropriate vendor schools.

• Participate in workshop/education sessions.

• Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

• Follow all store policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.

• Act professionally at all times.

• Perform other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE:
