Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service: Provide superior customer service; promote a positive environment; actively model desired behaviors with eClienteling; promote products and in-store events.
3. Operations: Promote products and services; attend vendor training and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.
5. Qualifications and Experience: Strong selling skills, knowledge of beauty products, ability to conduct consultations, and good communication skills.
6. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stock shelves.
