SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs
• Possesses a “selling is fun” attitude
• Promotes sales of beauty products
• Encourages customer participation in the PC Optimum program

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Creates a positive environment for customers and coworkers
• Provides superior customer service, always putting the customer first
• Uses eClienteling to enhance customer interactions
• Promotes products and the PC Optimum program
• Books appointments for in-store events

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibits and promotes company products and services
• Attends vendor training and workshops
• Follows Cosmetics Operating Standards

GENERAL:

• Adheres to health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention policies
• Acts professionally at all times
• Performs additional duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking
• Selling skills in cosmetics and luxury goods

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling skills
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
• Experience conducting makeup and skincare consultations
• Excellent communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders
• Bend and stretch for stock handling
