Duties & Responsibilities:

2. Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, promote a positive environment, and actively market products and in-store events.
3. Operations: Promote products and services, attend vendor training, and adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Comply with health, safety, store policies, and act professionally.

Qualifications: Planning, judgment, decision-making, independent thinking, and selling skills in cosmetics.

Experience: Proven consultative and sales skills, knowledge of beauty products, ability to conduct consultations, and strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stock shelves.
