Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
• Maintain a positive, sales-oriented attitude.
• Promote and sell beauty products.
• Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

Customer Service:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service.
• Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
• Promote products and marketing initiatives, including the PC Optimum program.
• Book and promote in-store events and appointments.

Operations:

• Exhibit and promote company products and services.
• Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

General:

• Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
