SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote a 'selling is fun' attitude, promote sales of beauty products, and encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
2. Always prioritize the customer and provide superior customer service.
3. Utilize eClienteling to model desired behavior and enhance customer experience.
4. Promote products through marketing and the PC Optimum program.
5. Book and promote in-store events and appointments.

OPERATIONS:

1. Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.
2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

1. Follow health and safety regulations.
2. Adhere to store policies and loss prevention procedures.
3. Maintain professionalism at all times.
4. Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
2. Independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
3. Selling skills in cosmetics and luxury goods.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Proven consultative and selling skills.
2. Knowledge of beauty products and services.
3. Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations.
4. Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to climb ladders.
3. Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
