DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.

2. Maintain a positive, sales-oriented attitude.

3. Encourage sales of beauty products and participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.

2. Provide superior customer service, always putting the customer first.

3. Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.

4. Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively.

5. Book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

1. Promote the company's products and services.

2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.

3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

1. Follow health and safety regulations.

2. Adhere to store policies and loss prevention procedures.

3. Act professionally at all times.

4. Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.

• Independent thinking abilities.

• Selling skills in cosmetics with a proven track record.

• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.

• Excellent communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.

• Climb ladders and stock shelves by bending and stretching.
