We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full-Time Beauty Sales Specialist to join our team in our Brampton store. This position is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow store sales, which offers personal gains through bonus and incentive programs. We value people-oriented individuals with a positive outlook.

Expectations
  1. Provide superior customer service to all clients
  2. Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products, and knowledge of promotions
  3. Drive sales using your entrepreneurial spirit to build your loyal client base
  4. Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions utilizing POS System
  5. Maintain correct store promotions, signage, stock, and display merchandising
  6. Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits
  7. Oversee store inventory related to sending and receiving stock
  8. Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  1. Exceptional customer service skills – develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  2. Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales
  3. Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
  4. Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn new computer systems
  5. Highly motivated and reliable
  6. Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities; thrive in a team setting and work independently
  7. Passion for the Beauty Industry; experience as a hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, or in beauty sales is an asset
  8. Weekend availability
