As a trusted front-line ambassador, you will address customer questions, assist with merchandising and store operations, coach fellow consultants, and stay current on beauty trends.

• Experience in a customer-facing role within beauty retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and engage customers through storytelling and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Problem solve using resources and guidance from Store Management.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory, cleanliness, and store operations.
• Communicate effectively and model flexibility and responsibility.
• Build customer loyalty through product knowledge and trends.
• Coach Customer Consultants to engage customers through storytelling and demos.
• Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
• Demonstrate genuine passion for retail beauty.
• Communicate and listen effectively.
• Build rapport and provide solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain a positive mindset and develop teammates.
• Proactively manage time and multi-task while working independently.
