Job summary

Sephora Canada in Brandon, MB is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients with warmth, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products that boost confidence. You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, stay ahead of trends, and help maintain an inviting, organized store environment.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, a passion for beauty, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. CAD$17.80–$20.95 per hour plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.80 - CAD$20.95/hr.
