Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor at our St. John’s location to welcome every client with warmth, confidence, and expertise in beauty. You will deliver personalized consultations and recommend products while helping maintain an inviting, well-merchandised space. This hourly, part-time role supports sales goals and a dynamic team.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed, with opportunities for bonus and benefits, in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values client care.

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$22.50/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
