Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients with warmth, deliver personalized consultations, and recommend products. You’ll be the face of Sephora Canada, helping customers feel confident and welcome while guiding them through their beauty journey.

This role supports sales objectives, stays ahead of trends, maintains a clean, organized store space, and collaborates with a diverse team. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are expected to meet peak retail demand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

The compensation ranges between CAD$16.00 - CAD$18.80/hr.
