Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products. You’ll be the face of Sephora Canada’s welcoming culture, helping clients build confidence with beauty choices.

You’ll stay on top of trends, maintain an organized store space, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals while supporting an inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering excellent service in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
