As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing make-up application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations), you will combine your creative and technical expertise with your passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and to ensure the store consistently meets our high standards of visual merchandising, standing out against competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Qualifications

• While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
