Job summary

FFUN Group in Saskatoon is seeking a BDC Service Representative to greet customers, collect insights, and keep data accurate. Training is provided—even for those without call center experience—and you’ll join a growing team focused on delivering great service.

You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, prepare reports, and support dealership customers with professional communication in English. The role offers $16/hour plus performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

What you’ll be doing:

• Connect with dealership customers to gather insights and elevate satisfaction
• Develop and follow communication strategies to maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage customer information and keep data organized

• Customer service guru, in other words a people person
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Computer literate and telephone savvy
