Job description

People & Culture Generalist – FFUN Group

Permanent Full-Time

Saskatoon In Office (Flexible work from home 2 days/week)

FFUN Group is growing and so is our People & Culture team!

We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist who likes a little bit of everything. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely works together, shares ideas, and has each other’s backs while still having the freedom and trust to take ownership and run with your work.

No two days will look quite the same. One day you might be helping a leader work through an employee relations situation, the next you could be tackling performance management, recruitment, reporting, or jumping into a company-wide project. You’ll be connected to the day-to-day needs of the business, but you’ll also have the chance to think bigger, bring forward ideas, and take on projects that genuinely fill your cup.

And because FFUN keeps growing, there’s lots of opportunity to grow with us. You’ll work with different leaders, teams, locations, and areas of the business, giving you plenty of variety, exposure, and opportunities to make a real impact on the employee experience along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders and employees as a trusted People & Culture resource across the business
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, culture, and employee experience initiatives
  • Support employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, investigations, accommodations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, engagement, and offboarding
  • Support inquires into benefits, retirement programs, and employee leave administration
  • Prepare employee correspondence, disciplinary documentation, policy acknowledgements, and other People & Culture documentation
  • Work with leaders on talent development, succession planning, training, and performance review processes
  • Maintain accurate HRIS information, employee records, documentation, and organizational information
  • Use workforce reporting, metrics, and People data to help leaders make informed decisions
  • Support compliance with employment standards, human rights legislation, privacy requirements, and workplace policies
  • Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and other feedback initiatives to identify trends and opportunities
  • Participate in organizational change, process improvement, and special projects that help move FFUN forward
  • Build strong relationships across departments and business units while bringing solutions, ideas, and sound judgment to the table

  • Tech-Savvy:Confident using Microsoft Office + HRIS
  • People-Centric:Skilled in building relationships at all levels
  • Proactive:You bring energy, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to supporting and empowering our people.
