BC : Brand Ambassadors - BCLC Community Impact Tour

Kelowna, Kamloops, Victoria and more, BC In-field : West Part-time May 26, 2025 Hourly : $24

Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.

BCLC Community Impact tour is back in action this year and we are looking for high energy Brand Ambassadors to join our team. The BCLC Community Impact Tour will be appearing at multiple open air events every weekend as a sponsor. Our team will encourage guests and attendees to play fun lawn games and answer informative trivia. Informing the public of how BCLC gives back to British Columbians everywhere!

Responsibilities
  • Arriving to footprint 15 minutes early to be prepped for the shift
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Handling and wrapping packages with extreme care
  • Supporting the Supervisor with tasks
  • Tracking any problems and reporting them to the Supervisor
  • Completing a nightly report and sending it to the Supervisor
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope
  • Monitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsite
  • Representing the company in a fun and professional manner
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Active participation in set up / tear down / opening / closing tasks
  • Willing carry and help set up branded event assets such as tents and tables
Requirements
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting of 30-40lbs
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods of time
