Job summary

Moment Energy is hiring an Assembly Technician to join our production team, supporting the manufacturing of battery energy storage systems. In this entry-level role, you will assemble components, prepare materials, and learn our manufacturing processes step by step while developing the skills to build a career in advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for hands-on manufacturing work.
Comfort using basic hand and power tools in a production environment.
Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn, coachable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Perform basic assembly tasks such as wire stripping, mounting small hardware, preparing mechanical sub-assemblies, and labeling cables.
Safely and effectively use standard hand and power tools to build products to exact specifications.
Follow SOPs and assembly checklists to ensure consistent quality and safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workstation following 5S standards.
