Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for our BASIN Glacial Waters outlet, beginning September 2026. You will take guest orders, prepare beverages to preferences, and work with the culinary team to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a brand-new facility.

The role is permanent and full-time, paying $20.05/hour with on-site accommodations, meals, and a comprehensive benefits package. Visa eligibility and onsite accommodations apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food & beverage experience minimum.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs; kneeling, pushing and pulling occasionally.

Our BASIN Glacial Waters will provide elevated food and beverage offerings to patrons of the facility providing not only unique culinary experiences, but a range of Beverages tailored to complete our guests journey towards wellness. Our team will be highly regarded at the hotel and considered to be a key factor for the overall guest experience of this brand new facility. Together, let’s turn Moments into Special Memories.

Job Duties Include

• Take guest orders and prepare them to their preferences
• Monitor inventory of supplies, ensuring everything is restocked as needed.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with our culinary team on offerings and ensuring quality and presentation is exceeded
• Keep the Food and Beverage areas clean, including equipment and countertops.
• Ensure accurate ordering in Micros POS system

Qualifications

• Alberta ProServe Certificate required
• Minimum 6 months’ food and beverage experience
• Ability to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
