Job summary

Northland Properties is seeking a hospitality-driven bartender to be the center-stage of the lounge. You will welcome guests, craft cocktails and provide attentive bar and lounge service, while maintaining a clean, upbeat environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to engage guests and lead conversations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Energetic and positive attitude with customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgments with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers and beverages, while building a personal connection.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of all beverages on the menu.
• Deliver full bar and lounge service to guests, offering food and drink pairings.
• Promptly and accurately prepare beverage orders for servers and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities
