Silver Hotel Group’s The Anndore House in Toronto invites a Bartender to join Constantine and Scarlet Door, blending a local, seasonal menu with bold flavours and a warm, guest-focused service. You will welcome guests, take orders, craft beverages, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and modifications.
• Preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing machines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Assisting with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Following health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role

The Bartender is primarily responsible for:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
