We are looking for a professional mixologist who has a passion for creating memorable experiences through drink preparation and experimentation. An enthusiastic personality and the ability to work in a high-paced environment are key to success.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending food pairings.
2. Mixing drinks and experimenting with new recipes.
3. Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy and balanced cash drawer.
4. Maintaining a clean work area, including trash removal, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
5. Adhering to federal and state age restrictions, safety protocols, and hotel procedures.
6. Performing limited kitchen and food preparation tasks.
7. Utilizing basic computer skills.

Job Requirements:
