Job summary

Moxies is seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender to be a centre-stage presence in the lounge, greeting guests and delivering outstanding service with engaging conversations and flawless drinks.

As part of Northland Properties, you’ll work to maintain a clean, upbeat atmosphere while contributing to a team focused on excellence and guest satisfaction across Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level.
• Basic technical bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
• Highly organised.
• Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink.
• Energetic and positive.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgments with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of all beverages on the menu.
• Deliver full food and beverage services to guests seated at the bar with pairings.
• Prepare beverage orders promptly and accurately for servers and guests.
• Help maintain a clean and organised bar and lounge.
