Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.

• Energetic and positive; able to demonstrate leadership and sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages with hospitality.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of all beverages on the menu.
• Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar, including food pairings.
• Promptly prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, in-house.
• Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and strong execution of all beverages featured in our menus
• Deliver full food and beverage services to guests seated at the bar while offering food and drink pairings
• Promptly and accurately prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, providing drinks for all guests in house
• Helping to maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge
