Qualifications

• Certification in Smart Serve, Serving It Right, or equivalent required.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably SQUIRREL.

Job Opportunity: Bartender

Our bartenders are outgoing, positive, and team-oriented. They provide prompt, courteous, and accurate food and beverage service to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Apply advanced knowledge of beverages.
2. Maintain effective inventory controls of bar products.
3. Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids accurately through the SQUIRREL system.
4. Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu items, beverages, and current promotions.
5. Complete all opening and closing procedures as required (shift dependent).
6. Maintain, set, and clear tables as needed.
7. Receive product deliveries and ensure safe, sanitary, and secure storage.

Qualifications and Education

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, or equivalent certification required.

Abilities, Attributes, and Experience

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience handling payments and gratuities through a POS system (SQUIRREL preferred).
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
