Job summary

Fallsview Casino Resort is building a pool of qualified candidates for Bartender positions within their Food & Beverage team. The Bartender role involves preparing drinks, providing excellent service, and managing bar inventory in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a bartending certificate, Smart Serve certification, and strong multitasking abilities.

The job involves:

• Preparing and serving guests’ beverages in accordance with established standards in a timely manner
• Providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guests’ needs
• Working with a beer and liquor inventory management system
• Having product knowledge, including prices
• Managing a float, preparing end-of-shift cash transactions, and exchanging monetary funds
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Working as part of a team under stressful conditions during high-volume periods
• Having thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• A bartending certificate from a specialized institution and/or equivalent experience
• Smart Serve certificate
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
