As a Barista, you will:
Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
Prepare and serve barista-style beverages to The Pointe Restaurant standards.
Ensure food and beverage descriptions are accurate and engaging.
Manage allergies and dietary requests with care and attention.
Assist with preparation and turnover of the Driftwood Café for upcoming shifts.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
Follow proper food handling procedures.
Operate the Silverware and/or Squirrel Point of Sale systems.
Accurately balance daily cash-outs.
Work effectively both independently and within a team.
Be self-motivated in expanding knowledge of coffee, wine, and spirits.
