What we are looking for

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of two years of direct customer service experience is required
• Strong coffee knowledge and experience with latte art and specialty beverage preparation considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
