Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are looking to add a talented Barista to our team! Located at Pacific Blue Cross, the Barista is responsible for but not limited to:

• Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
• Prepare cold and hot beverages to O&B standards
• Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
• Monitor the cleanliness of grab & go area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing grab & go products
• Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
• Complete opening, closing and side‑duties efficiently and safely
• Follow all food safety standards and systems
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications
