Job summary

Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking friendly Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for customers, pour pints, and suggest the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team with opportunities to learn and grow across our brands.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare and present drinks, and look after diners while keeping the bar safe, legal, and clean. Strong English, teamwork, and a positive can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
