The Bar Porter plays a key support role in ensuring the efficient operation of casino bar outlets by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting bartenders in delivering exceptional guest service. This position is responsible for replenishing beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies; maintaining sanitary standards; and ensuring bar areas remain organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times. The Bar Porter works in a fast-paced environment and collaborates closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to support seamless service while adhering to all health, safety, and responsible service regulations. A commitment to teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering an outstanding guest experience is essential.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
