Big Mamma: Bar Assistant Manager Role

Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Join our team as our Bar Assistant Manager and be part of our mission to share authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces with big smiles!

Your Mission

1. Manage daily bar operations alongside the Bar Manager.
2. Delegate tasks, coach, support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, and train staff.
3. Participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering, and implement seasonal menu changes.
4. Maintain health and safety standards, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar.
5. Create a magical experience for customers, ensuring they have the best moment of their day.
6. Embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills

• Big smile and passion for Italian food.
