Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective in Banff is seeking a Bar Assistant for High Rollers, a lively beer hall venue in Banff National Park, offering a value-driven menu, daily happy hour, and vibrant events.

You’ll help keep the bar stocked, welcome guests, and provide friendly service. ProServe certification is required; bartending experience is a plus, and we’ll train you. Flexible hours and a team-focused, energetic environment.

We’re seeking a Bar Assistant to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 4 to 6pm every day and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol’ beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events.
