Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Whistler, nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offers seasonal Banquets Server roles from September to December 2026, with end date in May 2027. Starting pay is CAD 18.80 per hour, with increases after six months and at three years to CAD 20.60.

Qualifications

• Serving It Right certificate is required.

Banquets Server

As a Banquets Server, you will help to create a special event our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player, combined with your service skills and your engaging personality, will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

We have both seasonal opportunities available, starting in September, October, November and December 2026. All of these positions will be ending in May 2027.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

• Previous serving experience
• Must thrive under pressure and be knowledgeable in guest recovery
• Previous experience in Banquets is preferred
