Banquet Supervisor - RattleSnake Point Golf Club
RattleSnake Point Golf Club is hiring! Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will facilitate the daily operation of the banquet facilities.
Responsibilities
- Report to your workstation at scheduled times to maintain operational efficiency.
- Complete all tasks as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
- Execute banquet operations successfully by completing all work-related duties.
- Work safely and efficiently during service times to ensure high-quality service in a productive and cost-effective environment.
- Follow all operational manuals, procedures, work sheets, and cleaning schedules to ensure smooth daily routines.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and checking invoices for quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Maintain stock control for banquet-related products, focusing on shelf life, rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Communicate professionally with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and team regarding food service issues.
- Represent yourself, the team, and the club professionally and confidentially at all times.
Qualifications
- High dedication to service quality and consistency.
- Creative, hardworking, and motivated to lead innovative service styles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Previous banquet experience is required.
- This is a seasonal, full-time position with an anticipated end date of mid-December.
