Job summary

Un club de golf prestigieux recrute un Superviseur de Banquet motivate pour gérer les opérations des installations de banquet. Le candidat idéal aura une forte éthique de travail, une expérience antérieure en banquet, et sera disponible pour travailler le soir et les week-ends. Banquet Supervisor - RattleSnake Point Golf Club

RattleSnake Point Golf Club is hiring! Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will facilitate the daily operation of the banquet facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Report to your workstation at scheduled times to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Complete all tasks as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
  • Execute banquet operations successfully by completing all work-related duties.
  • Work safely and efficiently during service times to ensure high-quality service in a productive and cost-effective environment.
  • Follow all operational manuals, procedures, work sheets, and cleaning schedules to ensure smooth daily routines.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and checking invoices for quality, quantity, and pricing.
  • Maintain stock control for banquet-related products, focusing on shelf life, rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  • Communicate professionally with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and team regarding food service issues.
  • Represent yourself, the team, and the club professionally and confidentially at all times.
Qualifications
  • High dedication to service quality and consistency.
  • Creative, hardworking, and motivated to lead innovative service styles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Previous banquet experience is required.
  • This is a seasonal, full-time position with an anticipated end date of mid-December.
