Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Contract Full-Time Banquet Demi Chef De Partie to join the culinary team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality banquet dishes with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Open shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay rate of $27.72 per hour and a full rate of $30.80 per hour. Experience in luxury hotel settings preferred; ability to work with Sous Chefs is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years kitchen/chef experience in a fast-paced banquet operation.
• Experience in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards is an asset.
• Must be trained and certified in safe food handling.
