Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in banquet/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet guests.
• Set up, stock, and break down banquet bars according to event specifications.
• Verify guest age and monitor alcohol consumption in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotional products.
• Accurately process beverage transactions and cash handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with Event Coordinators, Culinary Team Members, and Management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bar areas.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
